At ListingScout, each new client is a substantial commitment of our company's resources, so we have the following guidelines for registrants. We ask that each registrant be:

• actively searching for an investment/commercial property for purchase in the near-term future and that the value of the property be over $3 million;

• able to obtain a lender letter stating that the registrant is qualified to borrow funds for the amount of the purchase price of the property sought. (We usually recommend that this letter be included with any offers you make.)
